As a Principal Requister For Money
I am writing to bring to your attention an important matter that requires your immediate attention. It has been brought to our attention that a number of students have not paid their school fees for the ongoing academic year, despite multiple reminders and notices being sent out.
As you are aware, the school fees are essential to ensure that the school is able to provide the necessary resources and facilities to support the academic progress of our students. We rely on the timely payment of fees to meet our financial obligations and maintain the quality of education that we offer.
In light of this, we have decided to impose a penalty fee of Rs. 2000 on those students who have not paid their fees. This penalty fee will be in addition to the outstanding fees and must be paid along with the remaining fees within the next seven days.
We understand that circumstances may arise that make it difficult for you to pay the fees on time. In such cases, we request you to get in touch with us at the earliest so that we can work out a payment plan that suits your needs.
We hope that you understand the importance of paying the fees on time and the impact that it has on the overall functioning of the school. We look forward to your cooperation in this matter and thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
[Indra sain ] Principal
